    The man who found a way to invent and then reinvent the concept of cool, Deus Ex Machina founder Dare Jennings, is in discussions with at least one private equity firm to sell the inner-west Sydney-based custom motorcycle company and clothing brand.

    On the eve of its 10th birthday, Deus has advanced its sale negotiations with L-Capital, the private equity arm of LVMH Group, one of the world's largest luxury goods companies, Mr Jennings confirmed.
